Eggins bus and flooding
We have just received word that the Eggins Coach will be picking students up today at 1pm and not returning at 3pm for their regular service due to the flooding of roads north of Forster. If your child catches the Eggins bus and you would like your child to catch the bus at 1pm, please contact the school immediately to give us permission. We will not be sending any student home on a bus at 1pm without knowing they will be received at the other end safely. Any child at school will be supervised until a parent or carer picks them up.
We are postponing the Cross Country Carnival today. A new date will be posted in today's newsletter. The carnival will be sometime after the Easter weekend in the last 2 weeks of school. Thanks for your understanding.
Please presume the Cross Country event will go ahead tomorrow. Remember that your child will need a towel (to sit on), a hat and water. If we decide in the morning not to go ahead, the children will take part in regular lesssons in their sport uniform. We will still advise of our intentions via Email, App and Facebook as early as we can so that you know whether to come along and watch or support the event.
